She has a natural ability to anticipate needs, smooth over friction points, and keep projects moving without adding noise. Equally comfortable supporting internal workflows and client relationships, she serves as a trusted point of contact who keeps everyone on the same page. Outside of work, Rachel recharges with her family in the mountains—skiing the slopes around Salt Lake City in winter and hiking the same terrain when the snow melts—bringing that same balance of energy and steadiness into everything she does.
